1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how DJsandMCMedia (“DJsandMCMedia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the DJsandMCMedia Android application (the “App”) or visit our official APK download website (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account information. Your name, email address, account credentials, and information needed to create or manage an account.
• Payment information. Information related to purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features. Payment card details may be collected and processed directly by a third-party payment provider; we may receive transaction status, billing identifiers, and limited purchase details rather than full card numbers.
• Communications. Information you include when contacting us for assistance, submitting a privacy request, or reporting a problem.

Information collected through use of the Services

• Listening activity and favorites. Stations, programs, mixes, podcasts, or other content you play, save, favorite, or interact with, together with related dates and activity.
• Push-notification information. A device or push-notification token and notification preferences used to deliver alerts that you choose to receive. The token is an identifier for notification delivery and is not your password.
• Basic technical and security information. Our website host, storage provider, and security systems may automatically process IP address, browser or device type, operating system, request time, referring page, download request, and diagnostic or security logs. This helps deliver the APK, prevent abuse, and keep the Services reliable.

3. How We Use Information

• Create, authenticate, maintain, and support user accounts.
• Provide streaming, favorites, listening-history, and other requested features.
• Process and confirm payments, purchases, or subscriptions.
• Send push notifications when enabled, including service updates and programming alerts.
• Operate the APK download website, deliver files, detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect the Services.
• Respond to support requests, enforce our terms, comply with law, and improve the Services.

4. Payments

Payments may be handled by an independent payment processor. That provider processes payment information under its own privacy policy and security practices. DJsandMCMedia does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own systems. We may retain purchase records reasonably necessary for account access, receipts, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance.

5. Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, the App and its notification provider use a push token to route messages to your device. You can control or disable notifications through the App, when available, or through your Android device settings. Disabling notifications does not prevent you from using other App features.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. With providers that support hosting, object storage, streaming, account authentication, payments, push notifications, security, and technical operations.
• Legal and safety reasons. When required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect rights and safety, or investigate misuse.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
• With your direction or consent. When you ask us to share information or otherwise authorize the disclosure.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or rely on third parties, including payment, notification, hosting, streaming, object-storage, and security providers. The download website may also link to a public VirusTotal scan report. If you visit or use a third-party service, that party may collect information under its own terms and privacy policy. A link or security-scan reference does not mean that DJsandMCMedia controls the third party.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts and purchase records, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations. Retention periods may differ by information type. We may keep limited records after an account is closed when required or permitted by law.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. However, no website, application, transmission, storage system, APK distribution method, or security scan can guarantee complete security. Keep your credentials private, download the App only from our official download page, and contact us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

• Update certain account information through available account settings or by contacting us.
• Disable push notifications through your Android device settings.
• Remove or change favorites and listening-history entries when those controls are available in the App.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions.
• Cancel paid services under the terms shown at purchase; deleting an account may not automatically cancel a third-party subscription.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. United States Operations

DJsandMCMedia operates in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App, download website, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
